This post has a part 2 although that's particularly for the Music Fair icons since I have made a total of 130 icons which are basically re-colored, re-lighted, high contrast, decor-less icons of the guests. I was highly dependent on the caps my VLCSnap took and I did my best to fix the aspect ratio of the bases. ♥ Also, I'm sadly not very familiar with ABS so that's how the tags came about. I did my best to have an icon of each of the members, though!

And for the headers, if anyone is interested of using them but needing HTML/CSS help, don't hesitate to PM me, e-mail me or comment here about it. :D

Really sorry for the sudden absence! I did NaNoWriMo this month so that sort of sucked me into a void and I am now just able to make graphics and post since I've just finally finished my novel (yes, I pretty much just won thar :DDD). So here's a little warm up and, with thanks to Dir en grey's recent release, it's full of their images BUT I did make sure to add a bonus to non-Dir fans just so. :D

Also, CALLING ALL MYV FANS OUT THERE! I need to fulfill a request (I think you know who you are? D:) and have absolutely no idea which of Myv's many photoshoots to icon/make graphics of SO if you guys would be so kind as to link me to some of your favored shots of him, that will be magnificent for all of us. :DDD

The history of this post being that camuikaoru posted scans of three GLAY photobooks which I had never seen and therefore, ooh'd and ahh'd and thanked for. The response was something along the lines of "I expect graphics!" and well, me being me... >.>;;

The love graphics, on the other hand, were scans from "Answer" which was GLAY's song in collaboration with Kyosuke Himuro (ex-BOOWY). I thought the scans were really good (I got them off Soulseek) and decided that I ought to try doing love bars for GLAY, too, as I had done some for Dir en grey. Also, I call them love bars 'cause duh, you cannot call a bar with only gray and red as a color bar.

I also made some headers using lyrics from some Dir en grey songs that I was reminded of when I saw the stocks. The idea actually came from grarpirates' post which you should all check out if you read Haruki Murakami. :P

Lissen up, yo!

Now a lot of you would know that I actually don't do tutorials at all and that's right, I don't. But this one came as a request so I did it -- my very first. XD;;

So here it is! Tutorial for:


Word of warning, though: I didn't really became faithful with the original graphic so this one graphic would look different. Though of course, I made an effort to reduce the differences you can spot. ;) Also, this graphic is used via Adobe Photoshop CS2. Not that it won't work on the former versions but the brushes might not. :(
